Tracking Tool (ATT) for the SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and other
interfaces.
Initial
Purchase Guarantee - Asset Tracking
Tool Software
All ATT customers are entitled to the following for free:
- 90
Day Warranty on the software component
of the ATT Solution;
- Unlimited
telephone and email support for
first time installation.
- Please
ask for further information
regarding hardware warranties as these can differ from manufacturer to
manufacturer.
ATT
Annual Maintenance Agreement
Customers
who elect to take up an ATT Annual Maintenance Agreement
receive the following benefits including:
- Software
Upgrades (New Version of the
Licensed Software, containing new and enhanced features, typically one
per year);
- Unlimited Upgrade Support;
- Software
Fixes (Rectification of a fault
in the Licensed Software where it fails to perform as specified);
- Software
Updates (New Version of the
Licensed Software, containing all available Software Fixes)
- Telephone
Support (Remote support
services as defined in Schedule E, for any aspect of operation of the
Licensed Software);
- Email
Support; and
- TIG
International will also maintain
back-up copies of ATT configuration files to assist customers with
Disaster Recovery Plans.
ATT
Support Agreements
Customers
may elect to upgrade to an ATT Support Agreement that
includes all benefits of an Annual Maintenance Agreement and also enjoy
the additional benefits of:
- Guaranteed
response time;
- Guaranteed
resolution time;
- Provision
for the availability of TIG
International resources during agreed business hours;
- Support
outside business hours can be
supplied with additional charge; and
- Can be also be combined
with other
Support
Agreements for the MMT (Warehousing) Solution, PMA (Plant Maintenance),
RFID and other TIG International software solutions.
